Dream leash with one flaw.
I was absolutely in love with this coupler leash. I have a 40lb, & 28lb natural born pullers.The hands free option, plus multiple handle options, & oh the handles are so comfortable, it was heaven on my tug torn hands. I finally had control of our walks, until I didn’t…Unfortunately after 1 month, the clips that latch to the harness became wobbly, & loose, & a simple wrong twist or turn by the dog, has the harness hook unlocking the clasp. And folks, we have a runner!I wasn’t sure how it happened the first 2 times, as I only take the harnesses off, I never unbuckle the leash, but today as I watched in horror, my dog did a body twist, & the harness clip twisted in a way that the clip loosely pushed back & he was loose! 8 blocks later 3 times in one week. I’m now in the best shape of my life, but my legs hurt, & I’m back to the misery of separate leashes, with no comfy handles.

Somit können sich die leinen, bei Einzelbefestigung am Gurt, schnell verhäddern. Nichts desto trotz würde ich die Leine aufgrund der soliden Verarbeitung, der Farbauswahl und der Einsatzmöglichkeiten wieder kaufen. 4/5 Sterne. ����

Best thing I’ve bought in a long while. The only reason I’ve marked it down one is because the lead is a bit too long for control. If there was an adjustable element at the main hold lead it would be perfect. I can finally walk these too alone on my own. Two very strong doggies so used to be a nightmare. Now walking nice and safe next to each other.
Review Based on 5 Criteria
Hi, I am basing my review on 5 different criteria: Customer Service, Product Quality, Ease of Use, Human Opinion, and Canine Opinion (since this is a product for dogs).First we have customer service. If I could have given them 7 stars, I would have. My order arrived missing a piece. They got me a replacement in under 4 days! They were quick to react, positive, and easy to work with. - 7 start out of 5Next is Product Quality. Granted, I have only had this for 2 days at this point, but all the clips and connectors are solidly made and the leash material itself is strong enough that I don't worry about my two large breed dogs tearing it in half. Also, the bungee cords feel thick inside the leash casing, so I'm not concerned they're going to snap in a month. - 5 stars out of 5Third is Ease of Use. To look at the instructions (which honestly you don't need), you have to scan a QR code. I'm fine with that. It's easy to use and cuts down on paper. But the instructions themselves when I looked at them made me a bit confused. They kept mentioning three pieces but the picture looked like 4. I honestly wasn't sure at first if I was missing one part or two. On the other hand, without the missing part I never even would have looked at the instructions and I still would have been able to figure out how to use this. So, for ease of use I'm going with 4.9 out of 5 stars.Fourth is Human Opinion. As I said, I have two large breed dogs. The Senior Citizen is 88 pounds. The 6 month old puppy is 44.1 pounds. I LOVE that the bungee cord means the frenetic activity of the puppy doesn't impact me nearly as much. Also, instead of feeling like my arms are going to be yanked out of their sockets every time the puppy suddenly changes directions I just feel some pulling around my waist is sheer heaven. And speaking of waists, mine is NOT small. Not only can this expand to comfortably fit around my waist but it can even go large enough to fit over my winter coat if I want (and I do want!). - 5 out of 5 starsFinally is Canine Opinion. Let's be honest, dogs are going to have a high opinion of anything that helps them get out on a walk. However, as I said I have a senior citizen and a puppy and, for now at least, they are not enjoying being hooked together. The senior is not happy with the puppy pulling at him (welcome to my world, Bear!) and the puppy isn't thrilled having an 88 pound weight prevent him from going in any direction I want. That said, as the puppy gets older and is trained better, I think this issue will died down. So, on their behalf in the Canine Opinion round, I'm giving 3 out of 5 stars.In the end, that averaged out to 4.98 stars. My opinion: if you have two dogs, this is a good purchase.
Saves the shoulders and puts the fun back in the walk
We have a 50#, 1 1/2 yo puppy who we are still training not to pull after every squirrel, dog, cat, bunny.... She contributed to my shoulder tendonitis. This leash has dramatically reduced the load on the shoulders and without putting undue stress on my back as the pack serves to spread the force across the lower back or waist areas.Our pup also likes to chew on the leash when frustrated, bored or tired. This leash is sturdy, extremely well made, and has a strong, substantial bungee inside the outer casing which holds up to her bite.Safety features include reflective patterns, strong clips that attach to 2 rings, one on each side of the clasp, preventing damage or detachment of theleash.The pack fits a large sized cell phone, cash or card, keys and makes the leash quite comfortable too.The handles are also comfortably padded and help with control and training. The upper handle has a Velcro attachment keeping the handle from flopping around when not in use. This handle also serves to make the leash a tad longer when in use which is nice.This is a very well designed product an makes walking my puppy much more pleasurable. 5/5!!
Flimsy (updated)
Update: After my negative review, the seller kindly provided a refund and replacement plus a nice collar. I was very happy with the customer service and hope to have a better experience with this leash. I’ve updated the rating but will didn’t give 5 stars since there was an issue with the original product. Great customer service though.Original: one of the latches broke after a couple of weeks. My dog walker replaced it with a carabiner which has worked okay, but I didn't really get what I paid for.
Worth Every Penny
1. Size -- The max size listed for the belt is accurate. I measured my waist before purchasing and my waist is the max size of the belt (IIRC 49"?). I was concerned that it'd still be too small. Like how some dog collars say they're 18" long but that's the full length of the collar not the maximum circumference when buckled. That is not the case with the waist belt it is is as large as it says.Durability -- seems very durable. All of the hooks and clasps are sturdy metal. The fabric seems heavy duty and difficult to tear. The bungee parts seem to stiff at first but after walking my dogs, both of whom pull terribly, it was the perfect taughtness.Functionality -- this breaks down into multiple different pieces. It's equipped for one or two dogs, you could probably add a third dog with the extra hook on the waist belt. This can also be used as a regular dog leash or a short dog leash. I'm sure it does more but I am not able to investigate. Every time I touch the leash my dogs freak out and get excited so I have to wait until they're gone to check it out more.The myriad of handles on the leash is awesome. I live on a busy road with a medium sized shoulder, the different handles allow me to control the leash length quickly and easily.
